How it works

Standard kit vs. Ready-To-Use kit

Ready-To-Use applies to both our sandwich and competitive kits. In each format, the detection reagents are supplied pre-diluted to working strength instead of as a concentrate you dilute yourself. The effect on total assay time differs by format, as shown below.

✓	Metabolic, endocrine and cardiovascular marker studies Targets in the range include adiponectin, angiotensin II, angiotensin converting enzyme, atrial natriuretic peptide and anti-Mullerian hormone, supporting metabolic, endocrine and cardiovascular marker panels.
✓	Apoptosis and cell signalling research Kits for targets such as caspase 3, Bax and Bcl2 support apoptosis pathway studies alongside signalling markers including cyclophilin B and caveolin 1.
