Expression is carried out predominantly in HEK293 cells, with further targets produced in CHO cells, insect cells or P.pastoris. Products are supplied unconjugated, with an untagged or Fc-tagged format available for selected targets.

Human 4-1BB (CD137) Protein (STJP000593)
4-1BB (CD137) is an inducible costimulatory receptor of the TNF receptor superfamily, expressed on activated T cells and NK cells. This CHO-expressed protein has been used to coat assay plates for a microglial cell attachment study, where plates coated with 4-1BB-Fc showed increased microglial binding compared to an Fc control, supporting its use as a functional coating reagent rather than a purity-only reference standard.

Human CXCR4 Protein (STJP000572)
CXCR4 is a chemokine receptor central to leukocyte trafficking, binding its ligand CXCL12 to direct cell migration. The datasheet for this HEK293-expressed protein references a study in which activated dendritic cells upregulated the migratory receptors CCR7 and CXCR4 and showed increased chemotactic responsiveness to their ligands CCL19 and CXCL12, tying the recombinant protein to a documented migration assay.
