- Hotjar – a web-based heatmap analytics service that helps us monitor on-page user behaviour so we can make changes to improve user experience. This information is kept as long as you remain a customer or for three years with no further interactions.
- Hellobar – an interactive banner tool we use to promote offers, discounts, and sign new customers to marketing lists. Information gathered through this tool is kept as long as you remain a customer or for three years with no further interactions.
5.7 Cookies set by the company: St John’s Laboratory currently holds no cookies on its immediate website.
Where We Store Your Data and Security
