Recombinant Proteins

Cell Surface Proteins

Cell surface proteins in this range are recombinant human receptors, ligands and CD markers, produced mainly as the extracellular domain (ECD) of the native protein. Expression is carried out predominantly in HEK293 cells, with further targets produced in CHO cells, insect cells or P.pastoris. Products are supplied unconjugated, with an untagged or Fc-tagged format available for selected targets.

Immune Costimulation & T Cell Regulation

Cell Surface Proteins for Immune Costimulation Research

Recombinant receptors involved in T cell activation and regulatory T cell identity. The range includes 4-1BB (CD137), a TNF receptor superfamily costimulatory receptor upregulated on activated T and NK cells, the CD3 epsilon-delta heterodimer, part of the T cell receptor complex responsible for signal transduction following antigen recognition, and CD25 (IL2RA), the high-affinity IL-2 receptor alpha chain used as a marker of regulatory T cells and recently activated effector T cells. These targets are used together in studies of T cell priming and activation status.

Cytokine Receptors

Cell Surface Proteins for Cytokine Receptor Research

Recombinant receptor subunits for cytokines that drive inflammatory and lymphocyte signalling. The range covers the IL-6 receptor (IL-6R), which pairs with gp130 to transduce IL-6 signalling and is the basis of IL-6R-blocking research strategies, IL-1 receptor 1 (CD121a), the signalling receptor for IL-1 beta, and IL-21R (CD360), a type I cytokine receptor expressed on lymphocytes. These receptor targets are used to dissect how individual cytokines engage their signalling complexes and how receptor blockade affects downstream cellular responses.

Chemokine & Immune Receptors

Cell Surface Proteins for Chemokine and Immune Receptor Research

Recombinant receptors used in cell migration and viral entry research. CXCR4 is a chemokine receptor central to leukocyte trafficking and stem cell homing, directing cell migration in response to its ligand CXCL12. Soluble CD4 is the extracellular portion of the primary HIV entry receptor on T helper cells, used to study receptor engagement in viral entry research. These two targets support work spanning cell migration assays and receptor-ligand binding studies.
