Immunoprecipitation analysis of 200 Mu g extracts of HeLa cells using 3 Mu g RPS24 antibody ( STJ114017). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using RPS24 antibody ( STJ114017) at a dilution of 1:1000.
Immunohistochemistry analysis of RPS24 in paraffin-embedded rat brain using RPS24 Rabbit polyclonal antibody (STJ114017) at dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6. 0 before commencing with immunohistochemistry staining protocol.
Western blot analysis of various lysates using RPS24 Rabbit polyclonal antibody (STJ114017) at 1:3000 dilution. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (STJS000856) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25 Mu g per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.

During the assembly of the SSU processome in the nucleolus, many ribosome biogenesis factors, an RNA chaperone and ribosomal proteins associate with the nascent pre-rRNA and work in concert to generate RNA folding, modifications, rearrangements and cleavage as well as targeted degradation of pre-ribosomal RNA by the RNA exosome.
