Ubiquitinates apurinic/apyrimidinic endodeoxyribonuclease APEX2. Ubiquitination by the CUL9-RBX1 complex is predominantly mediated by E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes UBE2L3 and UBE2D2. |
