Ready-To-Use

ELISA Kits

Ready-To-Use ELISA Kits

Over 4,000 pre-configured sandwich and competitive kits, supplied at 48 T or 96 T.

Our Ready-To-Use range covers both sandwich and competitive ELISA formats across a wide set of species, so a study can move from target selection straight to plate setup without a separate kit-development step. Every kit ships with its own downloadable datasheet and safety data sheet.

How it works

Standard kit vs. Ready-To-Use kit

Ready-To-Use applies to both our sandwich and competitive kits. In each format, the detection reagents are supplied pre-diluted to working strength instead of as a concentrate you dilute yourself. The effect on total assay time differs by format, as shown below.

Sandwich ELISA kits

Kit component Standard kit Ready-To-Use kit
Detection antibody Supplied as a 100x concentrate. Diluted 1:99 with buffer before use. Supplied pre-diluted as Detection Solution A. Added directly, no dilution step.
HRP enzyme conjugate Supplied as a 100x concentrate. Diluted 1:99 with buffer before use. Supplied pre-diluted as Detection Solution B. Added directly, no dilution step.
Assay time 4.5 hours 3 hours
Wash buffer 30x concentrate, diluted 1:29 before use 30x concentrate, diluted 1:29 before use
Standard Lyophilized, reconstituted before use Lyophilized, reconstituted before use

Competitive ELISA kits

Kit component Standard kit Ready-To-Use kit
Detection Reagent A Diluted 1:99 with buffer to prepare a working solution. Supplied at the correct working concentration. No dilution required.
Detection Reagent B Diluted 1:99 with buffer to prepare a working solution. Supplied at the correct working concentration. No dilution required.
Assay time 2.5 hours 2.5 hours (unchanged; the dilution step is removed, not the incubation time)
Wash buffer 30x concentrate, diluted 1:29 before use 30x concentrate, diluted 1:29 before use
Standard Lyophilized, reconstituted before use Lyophilized, reconstituted before use

Why use our Ready-To-Use ELISA kits?

Detection reagents supplied ready to use
Across both sandwich and competitive kits, the detection reagents are supplied at working concentration rather than as a concentrate you dilute yourself, removing a manual dilution step. For sandwich kits this also shortens the assay from 4.5 hours to 3 hours.
A large, target-mapped range
The range lists over 4,000 Ready-To-Use ELISA kits, so a study can move from target name to a matched kit and model number without a separate search across formats.
Sandwich and competitive formats, side by side
The catalogue lists both sandwich kits, for larger antigens, and competitive kits, for smaller molecules such as angiotensin II and aprotinin, under the same Ready-To-Use listing.
Datasheet and SDS with every kit
Each kit has its own downloadable datasheet and safety data sheet, so assay parameters can be checked against a specific model number before ordering.
Where they're used

Typical applications

Cross-species assay development
Reactivity spans bovine, canine, chicken, equine, fish, goat, guinea pig, human, monkey and mouse, among others, so an assay can be matched to the species a study is already working with.
Metabolic, endocrine and cardiovascular marker studies
Targets in the range include adiponectin, angiotensin II, angiotensin converting enzyme, atrial natriuretic peptide and anti-Mullerian hormone, supporting metabolic, endocrine and cardiovascular marker panels.
Apoptosis and cell signalling research
Kits for targets such as caspase 3, Bax and Bcl2 support apoptosis pathway studies alongside signalling markers including cyclophilin B and caveolin 1.
Filtering a large panel down to what a study needs
The listing can be filtered by species reactivity and by size, so a target panel can be narrowed to the reactivity and plate format a specific study requires.
