Immunogen: DNA sequence encoding Human MSLN/Mesothelin including a C-His-Avi tag was expressed in HEK293 Cells. The recombinant protein was then biotinylated site specific using the AVItag biotinylation technology.

Function Membrane-anchored forms may play a role in cellular adhesion. Megakaryocyte-potentiating factor (MPF) potentiates megakaryocyte colony formation in vitro.
