NoteSTRICTLY FOR FURTHER RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO). MUST NOT TO BE USED IN DIAGNOSTIC OR THERAPEUTIC APPLICATIONS.

Product Properties

ConjugationUnconjugated
Dilution RangeSpin the vial and reconstite in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL. This can then be diluted into other buffers.
FormulationLyophilised from 0.2 Mu m filtered PBS solution pH7.4.
Storage InstructionCan be stored in working aliquots at°C-°C C for one month, or at-20°C C for six months, with a carrier protein without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. NA
EndotoxinEndotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method. Endotoxin level was found to be less than.1 ng/µg (1EU/µg). NA
ImmunoreactivityThe activity was determined by its ability to bind Human IL-28B in functional ELISA. NA

Additional Info

Function Shared cell surface receptor required for the activation of five class 2 cytokines: IL10, IL22, IL26, IL28, and IFNL1. The IFNLR1/IL10RB dimer is a receptor for the cytokine ligands IFNL2 and IFNL3 and mediates their antiviral activity. The ligand/receptor complex stimulate the activation of the JAK/STAT signaling pathway leading to the expression of IFN-stimulated genes (ISG), which contribute to the antiviral state.
