Immunogen:	Recombinant Human GSTO-1/SPG-R Protein is produced by E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ser2-Leu241) of human GSTO1 (Accession #NP_004823.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Function	Exhibits glutathione-dependent thiol transferase and dehydroascorbate reductase activities. Has S-(phenacyl)glutathione reductase activity. Has also glutathione S-transferase activity. Participates in the biotransformation of inorganic arsenic and reduces monomethylarsonic acid (MMA) and dimethylarsonic acid.
