Immunoreactivity	Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When recombinant human CD85f/LILRA5 is coated at 2 µg/mL, recombinant human ANGPTL7 binds with a typical ED50 of 0.1-0.6 Mu g/mL.

Function	May play a role in triggering innate immune responses. Does not seem to play a role for any class I MHC antigen recognition.
