This antibody pair detects human CD253, also known as TRAIL or APO2L, a 32 kDa protein. Reactivity is confirmed for human samples only.
The capture antibody (clone B-S23) is supplied unconjugated at 1.0 mg/ml (+/-10%), and the detection antibody (clone B-T24) is biotin-conjugated at 0.1 mg/ml (+/-10%). Both are mouse monoclonal IgG1k antibodies.
This pair is validated for use in ELISA. No other assay formats are specified for this product.
The capture antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline, sterile-filtered through 0.22 µm, and is carrier and preservative free. The detection antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline containing 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.
Both the capture and detection antibodies should be stored at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius. Freezing is not recommended for either component.
