The capture antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline, sterile-filtered through 0.22 µm, and is carrier and preservative free. The detection antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline containing 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.
Both the capture and detection antibodies should be stored at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius. Neither component should be frozen.
