The capture antibody is supplied unconjugated and the detection antibody is supplied conjugated to biotin. Both are mouse monoclonal antibodies purified by Protein A, supplied at 0.5 mg/mL in PBS with 0.04% Proclin 300 and 50% glycerol at pH 7.4.
Both the capture and detection antibodies were raised against the native CA19-9 protein. No recombinant or peptide immunogen was used for either component.
Both the capture and detection antibodies should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided to maintain antibody integrity.
