Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about Canine IFN-Gamma (IFN-Gamma) Antibody Pair (STJAP00368)
This antibody pair detects canine IFN-Gamma (UniProt P42161) and is validated for use with canine samples. Both the capture and detection antibodies were raised against recombinant canine IFN-Gamma protein.
The capture antibody is supplied unconjugated and the detection antibody is biotin-conjugated, both at 0.5 mg/mL. Both antibodies are mouse-derived and purified by Protein A or G.
This pair is validated for ELISA. It is intended for use in sandwich ELISA configurations using canine serum, plasma, and other biological fluid samples.
The capture antibody is formulated in PBS with 0.04% Proclin 300 and 50% glycerol at pH 7.5. The detection antibody is formulated in PBS with 0.04% Proclin 300, 1% protective protein, and 50% glycerol at pH 7.5.
Both components should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage. Freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided to maintain antibody integrity.
