Storage Instruction: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at-20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, Glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Gene Symbol: Taar3
Gene ID: 493809
Uniprot ID: TAAR3_MOUSE
Immunogen Region: C-Term
Specificity: Specific for TAAR3.
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide from c-terminal region of mouse trace amine-associated receptor 3 (TAAR3) conjugated to blue carrier protein was used as the antigen.
Function Olfactory receptor activated by several primary trace amines, including isoamylamine. Activated by isoamylamine and cyclohexylamine, but not to the corresponding alcohols, isoamylalcohol and cyclohexanol. This receptor is probably mediated by the G(s)-class of G-proteins which activate adenylate cyclase.
