Plays a role in actin reorganization and cell migration. Guanine nucleotide exchange factor that binds the GTPase DNM1 and catalyzes the dissociation of GDP, allowing a GTP molecule to bind in its place, therefore enhancing DNM1-dependent endocytosis.
