Hydrolyzes the small- molecule substrates, Tyr-Val-Ala-Asp-|-AMC and Asp-Glu-Val-Asp-|-AMC. Isoform 7 can enhance NF-kappaB activity but promotes only slight apoptosis. Isoform C is proteolytically inactive. |
