What is CD25
The Interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain, also known as CD25, is the product of the IL2RA gene.
This type I transmembrane protein is expressed on activated T- and B-cells and can be used as a marker for identification of CD4+FoxP3+ regulatory T cells in rodents.
Anti-CD 25 antibodies can be used in different techniques including Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and IHC.
Rabbit monoclonal antibody Anti-CD25 is suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. |
Goat polyclonal antibody anti-CD25/IL2RA (117-129) is suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot research applications. |
