HRP‑Conjugated Secondary Antibodies

Horseradish peroxidase conjugates for chromogenic and chemiluminescent detection

Horseradish peroxidase is often used as a signal amplificator to enhance the detectability of a target. This enzyme can act on different chromogenic substances, thus producing a variety of colours and a strong signal in a small amount of time. HRP labelled secondary antibodies are successfully used in double labelling techniques when visualization of different targets at the same time is needed.

This conjugate can be efficiently used for a wide variety of immunotechniques, ranging from western blot and ELISA to immunohistochemistry.
