Anti-GFP {DyLight 488} and Anti-CD19 {Biotin} represent the two main conjugation routes in the range: a fluorophore bound directly to the antibody for one-step imaging and flow work, and a biotin label that opens up detection with streptavidin or avidin-conjugated reporters in fluorescent, HRP, alkaline phosphatase or gold-labelled formats.

Anti-GFP Antibody {DyLight 488} (STJ140275)
Detects GFP-tagged constructs directly in the green channel, with no secondary antibody incubation required. The same anti-GFP clone is also available in DyLight 405, 550 and 633, so the detection channel can be matched to the rest of an imaging panel without introducing a secondary reagent.

Anti-CD19 Antibody [LT19] {Biotin} (STJ16100123)
A biotinylated B cell marker for flow cytometry and immunoprecipitation, detected via streptavidin. Because biotin-streptavidin detection is format flexible, the same biotinylated primary can be paired with fluorescent, HRP, alkaline phosphatase or gold-labelled streptavidin depending on the assay.

Directly conjugated DyLight antibodies targeting GFP and RFP enable secondary-free detection of fluorescent protein-tagged constructs. Each target is available across four DyLight wavelengths, so the detection channel can be freely chosen to fit the imaging system and other fluorophores in the panel, without needing to match secondary antibody species or risk cross-channel interference from a secondary reagent.

Conjugated GAPDH Loading Control Antibodies
GAPDH is available as a directly conjugated primary antibody in DyLight, biotin and HRP formats, covering secondary-free western blot normalisation, IF detection and streptavidin-based workflows. A directly conjugated GAPDH antibody removes the secondary incubation step and avoids any risk of the secondary cross-reacting with other antibodies in a multiplex blot, while the DyLight wavelength choice allows the GAPDH channel to be freely assigned within an imaging panel.

DyLight Conjugated Immune Cell and Organelle Marker Antibodies
DyLight-conjugated primary antibodies against immune cell and organelle markers enable direct detection in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence without a secondary antibody step. Directly conjugated CD45 is used as a pan-leukocyte marker in flow panels where same-species primary antibodies would otherwise require separate species-matched secondaries, and Calnexin {DyLight 633} provides secondary-free ER marker detection in multiplexed IF experiments.
