Short Description: Recombinant-Human IL-13 alpha 2 receptor (IL13RA2)-protein was developed from hek293. For use in research applications.
Conjugation: Unconjugated
Formulation: Lyophilised 0.2 Mu m filtered 50mM Tris, 100mM glycine solution, pH7.5 and 5% trehalose.
Dilution Range: A quick spin of the vial followed by reconstitution in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL. It is recommended to add 0.1% HSA or BSA for long term storage.
Storage Instruction: Can be stored in working aliquots at 2°C-8°C C for one month, or at-20°C to-70°C for 1 year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. NA
Endotoxin: Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method. Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/µg (1EU/µg). NA
Immunoreactivity: Measured by its ability to bind recombinant human Interleukin-13 at a concentration range of 0.3-8 ng/ml. NA
Gene Symbol: IL13RA2
Gene ID: 3598
Uniprot ID: I13R2_HUMAN
Immunogen Region: ECD
Immunogen: Optimized DNA sequence encoding extracellular domain of human IL-13 receptor alpha2 including an IgG1 human Fc region was expressed in HEK293 cells. NA
Function Binds as a monomer with high affinity to interleukin-13 (IL13), but not to interleukin-4 (IL4).
