Anti-CD19 antibodies

What is CD19

The B-lymphocyte antigen CD 19, also known as Cluster of Differentiation 19, is the transmembrane protein product of the gene CD19 in humans.

This molecule is expressed across all B-cells and acts as an adaptor protein in cytoplasmic signalling protein recruitment and also acts inside the CD19/CD21 complex, resulting in lower B-cell receptorsignallingthreshold.
