The cells were counterstained with Alpha-Tubulin Mouse monoclonal antibody ( dilution 1:400) followed by incubation with ABfloยฎ 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) antibody ( dilution 1:500) (Green).
