Immunogen: Recombinant Human Fetuin A/AHSG Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ala19-Val367) of human Fetuin-A/AHSG/FETUA (Accession #NP_001613.2) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
Tissue Specificity Synthesized in liver and selectively concentrated in bone matrix. Secreted in plasma. It is also found in dentin in much higher quantities than other plasma proteins.
