| Background | The antibody reacts with free kappa chains, but not with kappa chains attached to heavy chains. No reaction is observed with Ig kappa on mem¬branes of lymphocytes. No crossreactivity with lambda chains. In Ouchterlony immunodiffusion no reaction with Bence Jones kappa is observed. |
