| Background | The Claudin18.2 (CLDN18.2) protein, a splice variant of the membrane epithelial tight junction protein Claudin 18, is a promising pan-cancer target with limited expression in normal tissues. Studies demonstrates that the abnormal expression of CLDN18.2 is often observed during the occurrence and development of various primary tumors and metastases, including breast cancer, gastric cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, head and neck cancer, bronchial cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. |
