Specificity:Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 15-144 of human ACP1 (NP_004291.1).
Tissue Specificity Isoform 2: Expressed in T-lymphocytes.
Post Translational Modifications Isoform 2: Phosphorylated by LCK. Phosphorylation at Tyr-132 increases its phosphatase activity. Isoform 3: Not phosphorylated.
Function Acts on tyrosine phosphorylated proteins, low-MW aryl phosphates and natural and synthetic acyl phosphates with differences in substrate specificity between isoform 1 and isoform 2. Isoform 3: Does not possess phosphatase activity.
