Participates in inflammatory response by allowing export of leukotriene C4 from leukotriene C4-synthezing cells. Mediates ATP-dependent, GSH-independent cyclic GMP-AMP (cGAMP) export. Thus, by limiting intracellular cGAMP concentrations negatively regulates the cGAS-STING pathway. |
