Circadian Clock
A circadian oscillator is synchronized with solar time. It is controlled by a part of the brain known as Suprachiasmatic Nucleus. It is a group of cells responding to light and dark signals. They travel from the eye to the SCN and signal the clock when it is time to be awake.
