SKU:
STJP001303

Current Stock:
Host: HEK293 cells
Reactivity: Mouse
Note: STRICTLY FOR FURTHER SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO). MUST NOT TO BE USED IN DIAGNOSTIC OR THERAPEUTIC APPLICATIONS.
Short Description: Recombinant-Mouse Noggin/NOG-C-His protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-His. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Endotoxin: <1EU/Mu g
Immunoreactivity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human BMP4 at 0.5 Mu g/mL (100 Mu L/well) can bind Noggin with a linear range of 4-29 ng/mL.2. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human Noggin at 1 Mu
Gene Symbol: Nog
Gene ID: 18121
Uniprot ID: NOGG_MOUSE
Immunogen: Recombinant Mouse Noggin/NOG Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln28-Cys232) of mouse Noggin (Accession #NP_032737.1) fused with an 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
Function Essential for cartilage morphogenesis and joint formation. Inhibitor of bone morphogenetic proteins (BMP) signaling which is required for growth and patterning of the neural tube and somite. Inhibits chondrocyte differentiation through its interaction with GDF5 and, probably, GDF6.
