Dilution Range:	Reconstitute in sterile water for a stock solution. A copy of datasheet will be provided with the products, please refer to it for details.
Formulation:	Lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 0.02% NLS, 1mM EDTA, 4% Trehalose, 1% Mannitol.
Storage Instruction:	Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at-20 to-80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Function	Antagonist of the extracellular signaling protein NODAL, which is required for correct left-right patterning during embryonic development. Antagonist of BMP4 signaling. Antagonist of TGF-beta signaling. Independently of its role in left-right axis establishment, plays a role during heart development, possibly through the regulation of TGF-beta/Nodal signaling pathway. Displays anti-angiogenic activity by inhibiting endothelial sprouting, migration, and proliferation. Once internalized by endothelial cells, may alter their redox and glycolytic balance.
