Short Description :	Recombinant-Active-Mouse CD73/NT5E-C-His protein was developed from mammalian cells and has a target region of C-His. For use in research applications.

Formulation:	Supplied as a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution in 20mM Tris-HCl, 120mM NaCl, 4mM CaCl2, 20% Glycerol, pH 7.5.
Storage Instruction:	Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for one week. Store at-20 to-80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.
Endotoxin:	< 1 EU/µg as determined by LAL test.

Function	Catalyzes the hydrolysis of nucleotide monophosphates, releasing inorganic phosphate and the corresponding nucleoside. Hydrolyzes IMP. Shows a preference for ribonucleotide monophosphates over their equivalent deoxyribose forms. Although AMP is the preferred substrate can also hydrolyze UMP, GMP, CMP, dAMP, dCMP, dTMP, NAD and NMN.
