Our premium IL4 antibody pairs are provided as kits for use in the sandwich ELISA application. These highly sensitive pairs contain both a complimentary capture and detection antibody, which are specific to IL4. The IL4 capture antibody can be coated onto your desired immobilised surface (e.g., a microplate or membrane), and then binds to the IL4 target antigen from the sample. Following incubation, the IL4 detection antibody then binds to a different epitope on the IL4 antigen, allowing for signal generation when the antigen is present.
