Short Description :	Recombinant-Human CD123/IL3RA-C-Fc protein was developed from mammalian cells and has a target region of C-Fc. For use in research applications.

Formulation:	Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4.
Dilution Range:	Reconstitute in sterile water for a stock solution.
Storage Instruction:	Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for one week. Store at-20 to-80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.
Endotoxin:	< 1 EU/µg as determined by LAL test.

Function	Cell surface receptor for IL3 expressed on hematopoietic progenitor cells, monocytes and B-lymphocytes that controls the production and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells into lineage-restricted cells. Ligand stimulation rapidly induces hetrodimerization with IL3RB, phosphorylation and enzyme activity of effector proteins such as JAK2 and PI3K that play a role in signaling cell proliferation and differentiation. Activation of JAK2 leads to STAT5-mediated transcriptional program.
