Short Description :	Recombinant-Human CADM3/NECL-1/TSLL1-C-His protein was developed from mammalian cells and has a target region of C-His. For use in research applications.

Formulation:	Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution in 20mM PB, 150mM NaCl, pH 7.2.
Dilution Range:	Reconstitute in sterile water for a stock solution.
Storage Instruction:	Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for one week. Store at-20 to-80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Function	Involved in cell-cell adhesion. Has both calcium-independent homophilic cell-cell adhesion activity and calcium-independent heterophilic cell-cell adhesion activity with IGSF4, NECTIN1 and NECTIN3. Interaction with EPB41L1 may regulate structure or function of cell-cell junctions.
