Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 Neuro-2a cells (negative control, left)  and C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes (right) were surface-stained with MHC Class II (I-A/I-E) Rat mAb (STJ11107143, 2 Mu g/mL, orange line) or Rat IgG isotype control (2 Mu g/Test, blue line) , followed by PE goat anti-Rat pAb staining. Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).
