Anti-BTK antibodies

BTK antibodies

Antibodies that detect BTK can be used in various laboratory applications, including Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Immunofluorescence. These antibodies target BTK across various animal host samples. Our BTK monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies are developed from Rabbit, Mouse or Goat. Find the right BTK antibody for your research.

Target Information

The BTK gene encodes Bruton’s Tyrosine Kinase (BTK), a key enzyme in B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling, essential for B-cell development and immune responses. BTK mutations cause X-linked agammaglobulinemia (XLA), leading to severe immunodeficiency. BTK inhibitors, such as ibrutinib, are used to treat B-cell malignancies, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL).
