Short Description: Recombinant-Mouse IL-21R/CD360-C-hFc protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-hFc. For use in research applications.

Immunoreactivity: Measured by its ability to inhibit Mouse IL-21-induced Interferon gamma secretion by human natural killer lymphoma NK-92 cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.2-1.5 Mu g/mL in the presence of 50 ng/mL of recombinant mouse IL-21.
