Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Gene Symbol: Cxcl1
Gene ID: 14825
Uniprot ID: GROA_MOUSE
Immunogen Region: Arg20-Lys96
Immunogen: Recombinant Mouse CXCL1/GRO-alpha Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Arg20-Lys96) of mouse CXCL1/GRO-alpha (Accession #NP_032202.1) fused with and a hFc tag at the C-terminus.
Function Has chemotactic activity for neutrophils. Contributes to neutrophil activation during inflammation. Hematoregulatory chemokine, which, in vitro, suppresses hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation. KC(5-72) shows a highly enhanced hematopoietic activity.
