CLIA Kits

The Chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) can offer major advantages versus traditional assay detection methods. Unlike chromogens such and TMB or ABTS, which can be challenging to work with for isotopic detection, as well as other reagents which require absorption spectroscopy, CLIA kits use highly sensitive chemical reactions which produce light. Resulting light emissions can be used to measure the rate at which the reactions are taking place, making CLIA kits particularly useful when working with compounds of unknown concentration. By way of this, these kits are exceptional sensitivitive, produce minimal background, and offer a wide spanning range of detection.
