Short Description: Recombinant-Human CADM3/IGSF4B-C-His protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-His. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 Mu m filtered solution of 20mM PB, 150mM NaCl, pH 7.2.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Gene Symbol: CADM3
Gene ID: 57863
Uniprot ID: CADM3_HUMAN
Immunogen Region: Asn25-His330
Immunogen: Recombinant Human CADM3/IGSF4B Protein is produced by Mammalian expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Asn25-His330) of human CADM3 (Accession #Q8N126) fused with a 6xHis tag at the C-terminus.
Function Involved in the cell-cell adhesion. Has both calcium-independent homophilic cell-cell adhesion activity and calcium-independent heterophilic cell-cell adhesion activity with IGSF4, NECTIN1 and NECTIN3. Interaction with EPB41L1 may regulate structure or function of cell-cell junctions.
