Current Stock:
Host: HEK293 cells
Reactivity: Mouse
Note: STRICTLY FOR FURTHER SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO). MUST NOT TO BE USED IN DIAGNOSTIC OR THERAPEUTIC APPLICATIONS.
Short Description: Recombinant-Mouse 5 NA-Nucleotidase/CD73-C-His protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-His. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Immunoreactivity: Measured by its ability to hydrolyze the 5 NA-phosphate group from the substrate adenosine-5 NA-monophosphate (AMP). The orthophosphate product isMeasured by a Malachite Green Phosphate Detection Kit. The specific activity is >24790 pmol/min/Mu g.
Gene Symbol: Nt5e
Gene ID: 23959
Uniprot ID: 5NTD_MOUSE
Immunogen: Recombinant Mouse 5-Nucleotidase/CD73 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Trp29-Ser551) of mouse CD73/NT5E (Accession #NP_035981.1) fused with a 6Ă—His tag at the C-terminus.
Function Catalyzes the hydrolysis of nucleotide monophosphates, releasing inorganic phosphate and the corresponding nucleoside. Hydrolyzes IMP. Shows a preference for ribonucleotide monophosphates over their equivalent deoxyribose forms. Although AMP is the preferred substrate can also hydrolyze UMP, GMP, CMP, dAMP, dCMP, dTMP, NAD and NMN.
