Our premium SELE antibody pairs are provided as kits for use in the sandwich ELISA application. These highly sensitive pairs contain both a complimentary capture and detection antibody, which are specific to SELE. The SELE capture antibody can be coated onto your desired immobilised surface (e.g., a microplate or membrane), and then binds to the SELE target antigen from the sample. Following incubation, the SELE detection antibody then binds to a different epitope on the SELE antigen, allowing for signal generation when the antigen is present.
