These highly sensitive pairs contain both a complimentary capture and detection antibody, which are specific to MMP8. The MMP8 capture antibody can be coated onto your desired immobilised surface (e.g., a microplate or membrane), and then binds to the MMP8 target antigen from the sample. Following incubation, the MMP8 detection antibody then binds to a different epitope on the MMP8 antigen, allowing for signal generation when the antigen is present.
