Formulation: Recombinant nCoV-2019 Spike S trimer protein was lyophilized from 0.2 µm filtered PBS pH7.4.
Dilution Range: Spin the vial and reconstite in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL. This can then be diluted into other buffers.
Storage Instruction: The lyophilized protein is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at-20°C.
