Short Description: |
Recombinant-Cytomegalovirus pp150 (UL32)-protein was developed from e.coli. For use in research applications. |
Conjugation: |
Unconjugated |
Formulation: |
Lyophilized from 25mM Tris-Hcl pH 7.2, 1mM EDTA and 50% glycerol. Upon receipt A quick spin of the vial followed by reconstitution in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL. This solution can then be diluted into other buffers. |
Dilution Range: |
Spin the vial and reconstite in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL. This can then be diluted into other buffers. |
Storage Instruction: |
The lyophilized protein is stable for at least 1 year from date of receipt at-20°C. Upon reconstitution, this protein can be stored in working aliquots at 2°C-8°C for one month, or at-20°C for six months, with a carrier protein without detectable los |
Immunogen Region: |
Immunodominant Fragment |
Background | Recombinant CMV pp150 (UL32) encodes the immunodominant sequences of the Cytomegalovirus matrix phosphoprotein. This molecule has a calculated mass of approximately 22kDa. Recombinant CMV pp150 contains an N terminal GST purification tag and migrates as an approximately 52 kDa protein under non-reducing conditions and reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE. |
