• Western blot analysis of the lysates from HeLa cells using ADCK4 antibody.
  • Western blot analysis of lysates from HepG2 cells, using ADCK4 Antibody. The lane on the right is blocked with the synthesized peptide.
  • Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer. Antibody was diluted at 1:100 (4°C overnight). High-pressure and temperature Tris-EDTA, pH8.0 was used for antigen retrieval. Negetive contrl (right) obtaned from antibody was pre-absorbed by immunogen peptide.
  • Immunofluorescence analysis of A549 cells, using ADCK4 Antibody. The picture on the right is blocked with the synthesized peptide.
  • Western blot analysis of various cells using ADCK4 Polyclonal Antibody

Function Atypical kinase involved in the biosynthesis of coenzyme Q, also named ubiquinone, an essential lipid-soluble electron transporter for aerobic cellular respiration. Its substrate specificity is unclear: does not show any protein kinase activity. Probably acts as a small molecule kinase, possibly a lipid kinase that phosphorylates a prenyl lipid in the ubiquinone biosynthesis pathway. Required for podocyte migration.
